All of our products are handmade with the utmost care and we strive for the highest of quality. We do our best to describe our products in detail so that you can feel secure in your purchase before spending even a penny of your hard earned money. We want our customers to feel safe and secure, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions you have before purchasing and we'll be glad to get back to you as soon as possible!
At this time, we do not issue refunds, but we do issue exchanges or shop credit due to mistakes on our part. Any request for credit due to dissatisfaction does need to be approved by OSC staff prior to issuance of store credit. All items needing to be returned to us, such as bow ties are done so at the customers expense unless otherwise stated by OSC.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchange Policy:
We have a 3 day exchange & store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request store credit or exchange your incorrect or damaged product. Any items needing to be returned to us are done so at the customers expense.

Eligibility:
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. OSC reserves the right to request additional photos of the product or packaging to compare to that received by our shipping service.
